Services — Precious Metals
Gold, Silver & Platinum Group Metals
50K Capital facilitates introductions and transactions in the physical precious metals market — connecting verified sellers, mandates, and buyers with the credibility, documentation, and capacity to transact.
Our Role in the Physical Market
50K Capital is a transaction facilitator — not a dealer, refinery, broker-dealer, or commodity broker. We do not take title to metals, hold inventory, or act as a principal in any transaction. Our role is to identify credible opportunities, verify the principals and documentation involved, and introduce qualified counterparties who can move toward a legitimate, executable transaction.
The physical precious metals market is complex, relationship-driven, and frequently misrepresented. Our value is in the discipline we apply before any introduction is made — and in the network of verified buyers, sellers, refineries, custodians, and mandates we have built over years of engagement in this space.
Transaction Criteria
What We Require Before Engaging
We do not move forward without verified principals and documented assets. The following criteria apply to all precious metals inquiries submitted to 50K Capital.
Principal Identity
Full identification of the seller or mandate authority — including legal name, jurisdiction, and capacity to transact. We do not engage with anonymous or unverified parties.
Mandate Authority
Where a mandate or intermediary is involved, written authority from the asset owner must be provided. Chains of intermediaries without documented authority are not accepted.
Product Specification
Metal type, form (bars, coins, grain, dore), purity, weight, and assay certification. LBMA-recognized or sovereign-mint documentation is preferred.
Origin & Provenance
Country of origin, mine or refinery source where applicable, and chain of custody documentation. Provenance must be clean and verifiable.
Location & Custody
Current physical location of the metal, custodian or vault details, and confirmation of access. Metal must be in a recognized, verifiable location.
Quantity & Availability
Total quantity available, tranche structure if applicable, and confirmation that the stated quantity is available for immediate or near-term transaction.
Inspection & Assay Procedure
Seller's accepted procedure for buyer inspection, independent assay, and verification prior to payment. SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent third-party assay is standard.
Incoterms & Delivery
Proposed Incoterms (CIF, FOB, EXW, etc.), delivery logistics, and responsibility for insurance and freight. Logistics must be clearly defined before introduction.
Payment Procedure
Accepted payment instruments — MT103, MT760, SBLC, or other. Payment procedure must be commercially standard and acceptable to both parties.
Proof of Product (POP)
Where required, seller must be prepared to provide POP documentation — including assay reports, warehouse receipts, or custodian confirmation — prior to buyer introduction.
Compliance Documentation
AML/KYC documentation, export licenses, and any regulatory approvals required for the jurisdiction of origin and destination. Compliance is non-negotiable.
What We Facilitate
Scope of Engagement
Buyer & Seller Introductions
We connect verified sellers and mandates with qualified buyers who have the capacity, intent, and compliance standing to complete a transaction.
Refinery & Custodian Coordination
We work with LBMA-aligned refineries, recognized custodians, and established vaults to support the verification and custody aspects of a transaction.
Documentation Review
We review submitted documentation for completeness and consistency before any introduction is made — assay reports, chain of custody, export licenses, and KYC.
Transaction Structuring Support
We support parties in aligning on procedures, Incoterms, payment instruments, and inspection protocols that create a clear, executable path to closing.
Discreet Private Wealth Facilitation
For high-net-worth individuals and family offices transacting outside public markets, we provide a discreet, professional facilitation environment.
