Biography
Albert Maglines is the Founder and Managing Director of 50K Capital, Inc., a diversified business development and transaction facilitation company connecting capital, assets, and opportunities across domestic and international markets.
An entrepreneur and licensed professional, Albert brings more than 27 years of personal growth and leadership development experience, including training, coaching, and mentoring. His professional background spans real estate, financial services, business development, strategic relationship building, and 15+ years in law enforcement.
Under his leadership, 50K Capital has expanded beyond its real estate foundation into precious metals, commodities, minerals, and strategic business development — building a firm positioned to facilitate complex, cross-border transactions between verified principals.
Albert is a California licensed real estate professional (DRE #01729026) and California licensed Life & Health Insurance professional (License #4279096). He leads all principal relationships, transaction oversight, compliance standards, and strategic direction at 50K Capital.

Sets and enforces the firm's KYP, AML, sanctions, and asset verification standards. All compliance decisions are made at the principal level.

Peter Kumar serves as Interim Director of Global Relations & Strategic Development for 50K Capital, Inc., helping expand the company's international relationships and identify strategic business opportunities across global markets.
Peter is an international ministry leader associated with Forerunners Nation Changers, with decades of experience developing relationships across nations through leadership, ministry, teaching, and humanitarian outreach. His international work has enabled him to establish trusted relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, organizations, and communities across diverse cultures.
In his role with 50K Capital, Peter focuses on global relationship development, strategic introductions, international business opportunities, and developing trusted partnerships that support the company's activities in precious metals, commodities, minerals, real estate, and strategic business development.

Gregory Nguyen serves as Interim Director of Alternative Assets and Strategic Innovation for 50K Capital, Inc., bringing multidisciplinary experience across precious metals, Bitcoin and digital assets, technology, semiconductors, fintech, medical devices, and business strategy.
As a longtime friend and trusted advisor to 50K Capital founder Albert Maglines, Gregory is valued for his independent judgment, strategic perspective, and ability to evaluate opportunities through both a commercial and technological lens. His role includes advising on alternative-asset opportunities, emerging technologies, investment structures, strategic partnerships, and the credibility and long-term potential of proposed ventures.
